This Privacy Policy explains how AI Biz Connect ("AI Biz Connect", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use our SEO & GEO (AI search visibility) analysis platform and related services (the "Services"), available at www.AIBizConnect.ca and seo.aibizconnect.ca.
By using the Services, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
If you choose to connect a third-party account (such as Google or Bing), we access the specific data you authorize, as described below. Connecting an account is always optional and initiated by you.
If you connect your Google account, AI Biz Connect requests access only to the following Google data, and only with the scopes you approve on Google's consent screen:
webmasters.readonly): search performance data (queries, impressions, clicks, average position) and indexing information for sites you own and verify.analytics.readonly): read-only reporting data (sessions, users, traffic sources, conversions) for the analytics properties you select.business.manage): your business listing information, reviews, and performance metrics (such as search and map views, calls, and direction requests).userinfo.email): your email address, to identify your account.How we use Google data: solely to display your real performance inside your AI Biz Connect dashboard, to generate the SEO/GEO reports you request, and to provide the analysis features you ask for. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train generalized AI/ML models.
How we store it: access is read-only where the scope permits; we store the minimum data needed to provide the Services, in encrypted form, and we keep OAuth refresh tokens encrypted. You can disconnect at any time (See > 7).
Limited Use disclosure. AI Biz Connect's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
We retain personal information and analysis data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, and thereafter only as required for legitimate business or legal purposes. When you disconnect a third-party account or delete your account, we delete or de-identify the associated connected-account data within a reasonable period, except where retention is legally required.
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, encrypted storage of access tokens, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and to promptly address any incidents.
We use essential cookies to operate the Services and may use analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.
The Services are intended for businesses and individuals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
AI Biz Connect is based in Ontario, Canada. We handle personal information in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy law (including PIPEDA). If you access the Services from outside Canada, you understand your information may be processed in Canada and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a revised "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
