Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SEO & GEO analysis platform and related services (the "Services") provided by AI Biz Connect ("AI Biz Connect", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. The Services

AI Biz Connect provides tools to analyze and monitor websites for traditional search engine optimization (SEO) and generative engine optimization (GEO / AI search visibility), including audits, keyword and rank data, competitor and backlink analysis, AI-visibility tracking, and reporting. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for safeguarding your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our billing provider. Fees are stated at sign-up.
• Unless otherwise required by law, fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

4. Connected accounts & third-party data

You may connect third-party accounts (such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, or Bing). You authorize us to access the data you approve solely to provide the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those third-party services remains subject to their own terms. You may disconnect at any time.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services unlawfully or in violation of any third party's rights.
• Analyze websites or data you are not authorized to assess.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent the Services or their security.
• Resell or sublicense the Services except as expressly permitted (e.g., agency/white-label plans).

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, design, and content we provide, are owned by AI Biz Connect or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services per these Terms. You retain ownership of the data you submit and the reports generated for you.

7. No guarantee of results

SEO and GEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including search-engine and AI-platform algorithms. The Services provide analysis, estimates, and recommendations, but we do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, AI-citation, or business result. Data from third-party sources is provided "as is" and may contain estimates or inaccuracies.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Biz Connect will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Services or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends; certain provisions (including > 9, 11) survive.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in Ontario will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable consumer-protection rights.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
